How to massage your feet correctly.

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Rub well. Use only for one procedure.
How to apply:
For one foot you will need approximately 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of mean. Apply it on your palm. Breathe in the aroma before you start to massage, and continue to breathe deeply, because these oils are perfectly quiet. After the massage wear socks to absorb the oil and soften feet.
